CheckInKids
CheckInKids is a management platform for licensed childcare providers. It handles QR code check-in and check-out with digital signature capture, attendance records and reporting, automated invoicing and parent payments, messaging with read receipts, staff and room management, and meal tracking for programs participating in CACFP.
The platform is used by home daycare providers, childcare centers, school-age care programs, and municipal childcare services. It is available in English and German.
Regulatory recognition
CheckInKids is listed by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families on its list of approved electronic attendance systems for subsidy providers.
DropInKids
DropInKids is a booking platform for drop-in and occasional childcare. It helps families find providers with open capacity and lets providers fill unused spots without manual scheduling.
